The 2025 Oconee County Farm Crawl
We were excited to be part of the 2025 Oconee County Farm Crawl on Sunday, September 20, when Misty Valley Farm & The Farmhouse Gallery opened our doors and farm to the community. This self-guided tour gave visitors the chance to wander through our gardens, meet our animals, and experience how nature and art intertwine across the land. The Crawl was a wonderful way to support local farms, celebrate nature stewardship, and enjoy handmade beauty. We were proud to take part in this living, growing event and grateful for the opportunity to share the farm, the art, and the community with all who joined us.
The Farmhouse Gallery Garden
We’re excited to share that a brand-new garden is beginning to take root right here at The Farmhouse Gallery! The early stages are underway, with freshly built planter boxes in place and seedlings already sprouting with promise. From herbs to leafy greens and other delicious edibles, we’re cultivating more than just a garden, we’re growing a space of nourishment, beauty, and connection to God’s abundant creation.
This garden is a reflection of our love for the land and our desire to grow something meaningful from the ground up. As we plant, water, and nurture this space, we invite you to follow along with us. Watch as each tiny seed becomes something beautiful and fruitful.

What started as a simple idea has blossomed into one of the most joyful parts of our garden. Each wooden beam has been hand-painted by Vivian, Vonda, and the Farmhouse Gallery team, filled with color, creativity, and a touch of whimsy.
Inspired by nature, farm life, and the beauty all around us, these beams are more than just garden markers, they’re expressions of joy, story, and connection. From playful mushrooms to floral designs and charming details, every side of each post has something special to share.
